Veteran Family Owned & Operated Since 2002
Founded by Marine family members who believe in service above self, Superior has proudly served Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa Counties for over two decades. James F. Thorpe (Jimy), a veteran with nearly 7 years of military leadership experience, carries forward the values his father—a 30-year commercial/industrial AC contractor—instilled: work hard, stay honest, and treat every customer like family.
Together with his wife Marta Rose Thorpe, Jimy started Vets Helping Vets & First Responders in 2015, providing meals for heroes and donating complete AC systems to deserving families. Today, under General Manager Josh Heverly’s leadership, our Hometown Heroes program continues that mission by supporting teachers, nurses, doctors, first responders, and veterans in every community we serve.
As we put down deeper roots in Niceville by adding full plumbing services—and soon electrical and new-construction capabilities—we remain guided by faith, integrity, and gratitude for the opportunity to serve you.
